Demo. Payments are simulated — nothing is charged, no food is really reserved, and the kitchens are sample data.

Privacy policy

What we hold about you, why, and how to get it back or get rid of it.

What we hold

Your name, email address, and optionally a phone number. Your orders, the kitchens you follow, reviews you leave, and notifications we have sent you.

We do not store your precise location. When you reserve something, we work out the distance and travel time to the kitchen and keep only those two numbers, not the coordinates they came from.

We never see your card details. Payments go directly to our payment provider.

Why we hold it

To take and fulfil your orders, to tell you when food you might want is available, to work out whether you can reach a kitchen in time, and to keep records a tax authority or a payment dispute may require.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else sees it

A kitchen sees the name and order reference of a customer collecting from them, because that is how a handover works. They do not see your other orders.

Our payment provider, our email provider, and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under contract.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you from your account page, as a file, at any time.

You can close your account from the same page. We anonymise your name and email; orders you already placed are kept but stripped of your identity, because they are half of a payment and a kitchen's settlement and cannot simply be erased.
